Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track all claims. An estimated portion of your treatment cost will be collected prior to surgery. To expedite your claim, please provide us with your most current insurance information and notify us of any changes. Ultimately, you are responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of insurance coverage. Most insurance companies respond within four to six weeks. After that, a statement will be sent reflecting any remaining balance or credits.
